In award news, last Saturday night Prisoner of Azkaban director won the Best Director gong at the Golden Globes for his film Gravity. Also in attendance at the awards was Emma Watson and Emma Thompson.
In other awards, it was announced today that Potter producer David Heyman and Alfonso Cuaron have been nominated for Oscars:
The Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban director was nominated for three Oscars, including Best Picture for Gravity, which he shares with first-time nominee producer David Heyman. Cuaron also received nominations for Best Director and Achievement in Editing.
