Emma Watson: Noah Premiere, Elle Shoot, New Trailer, On Set Video, Talks Queen of the Tearling

Emma Watson has begun doing the rounds for her upcoming biblical epic release Noah and she recently attended the Berlin premiere of the film. An image of Emma is now left (more in the Noah album).

In other Noah news, a new trailer has been released and Emma can be seen introducing it below:

While doing the press rounds, Emma took part in a chat in which she spoke Noah, the upcoming Queen of the Tearlings (an adaptation of the book released in July and produced by David Heyman) among other things. Check it out below:

In other promo, a featurette which shows how the film was made, is now below:

Finally, Emma will grace April's Elle Magazine's cover and some images and quotes have emerged from the issue. All images are in the gallery while the cover is right and quotes are below:

Emma Watson on the importance of having a life outside of her acting career: “I remember reading this thing that Elizabeth Taylor wrote. She had her first kiss in character. On a movie set. It really struck me. I don’t know how or why, but I had this sense that if I wasn’t really careful, that could be me. That my first kiss could be in somebody else’s clothes. And my experiences could all belong to someone else.”

Emma Watson on coming of age in the public eye: “There are all these actresses who have emerged in the last year or two, and they get to emerge as this complete human being. And I’m so jealous!"

On Noah, Darren Aronofsky’s $125 million dollar blockbuster, and what it was like playing Noah’s adopted daughter, Ila: “It’s Shakesperean, what happens to this family when they’re put in this confined space for 40 days and 40 nights. It’s the end of the world – how these different human beings are dealing with the impact of that. Are humans good? Are we bad? All of these themes are epic.”

Darren Aronofsky on Emma’s steely nerve while filming Noah: “We started off with one of Emma’s hardest scenes. We shot in Iceland on a beach with an extremely difficult weather situation. The force of the wind – we could barely hear the actors. The sun kept coming in and out. We had to wait for the right light, then, Go, go, go! Then, Wait, wait, wait! She was able to block out all those ridiculous external forces and just focus on the emotion at hand.”

Dan Radcliffe: Kill Your Darlings UK Release Date Changed, New BTS look, Meet&Greet in LA, Talks Frankenstein

In a little disappointing news, UK viewers (aside from those attending the London Film Festival soon) will have to wait a little longer to see Dan Radcliffe's highly anticipated next movie Kill Your Darlings. The new UK release date is December 6th. Yet where there is waiting there is promotional stuff so I can tell you that Total Film have done a behind-the-scenes-making-of type feature on the movie in their most recent issue. The scan provided is a little small (left), but we will look into it further for you!
Related to this, Dan spoke about the "tender" gay sex scenes in the movie to the magazine which you can read here.

In other Dan news, he talked about his other projects that he made last year and also  from the set of his filming for the first season of A Young Doctor's Notebook. Check out the videos below:

Finally, in some slightly older news that escaped me attention, as can happen when things are busy, Dan has previously been speaking about his difficulty breaking from Potter and also his upcoming film Frankenstein.

Of the script for the retelling of the Shelley tale he said:
"In terms of Igor, I think we're going to see a character who is given a lot more depth than we've seen him allowed in any other incarnations of the story...It's a wild script. It constantly surprises you and it's great, great fun as well."
He also spoke about his joy at working with James McAvoy in the future shoot and how their characters relate:
"The relationship between Igor and Victor is one of two young men at the absolute forefront of the technology of their day. Plus it's a story about them pushing each other further, eventually having to make decisions about their relationship and their morality. I'm really excited about it and very excited to be working with James McAvoy as well.
Finally, if you can be in Los Angeles on October 3rd this is your LUCKY DAY:
Mike Sington, Director of Operations at Universal Studios Hollywood, announced on his Twitter page that actor Daniel Radcliffe will be at the park this coming Thursday, October 3.
Not much info on this meet and greet timed at 4.30pm, but we'll keep you informed!

NEW Daniel Radcliffe: A Young Doctors Notebook promos&preorder link, To attend Festival

Sky Arts have release new promos from the first episode of Daniel's upcoming comedy series, A Young Doctors Notebook. One such image is now left while the rest can be found in the gallery. Snitchseeker have posted these and some adverts the channel has run so far with the following information:

In the first episode of the four-part comedy drama A Young Doctor’s Notebook, we encounter the doctor (Jon Hamm) recollecting his younger days when, at the fragile age of 25, he was hurled pitilessly into the icy depths of rural Russia. With his old notebook acting as his memory-catalyst, the now-experienced doctor travels back in time to the eve of the 1917 Russian revolution, but perhaps he is not entirely prepared for what he will find.

As he looks back and revisits himself in embarrassment, awe and a hint of nostalgia, his inner conflicts are unravelled, brutally and comically, whilst he battles to rediscover his past, and his happiness.

Meanwhile, Jon Hamm’s younger self is played by an outstandingly witty Daniel Radcliffe, who arrives at the Muryovo village soon after graduating - top-class, as it must be noted - looking like the inexperienced, scrawny boy he was. Beardless and almost pathetic, he finds himself in the midst of panic, having to cope with the grotesque conditions of an antiquated, regressive Russia, back then a stranger to electricity and such modern luxuries as fashioned by Western Europe.

“[Your walk] It lacks authority, like your voice.”

His first test is a woman suffering from the extreme pains of giving birth, but this may have been one medical lesson that the doctor wasn’t particularly attentive to. Shocked and terrified to his very core, he dashes to his library, frantically searching for an answer but only to be faced with a very angry, older version of himself, namely Jon Hamm, who pushes him to act like a man.

Brusquely humorous and delightfully exuberant, the series inauguration is bound to compel you and leave you wanting more.

One video is below:

You can pre-order A Young Doctors Notebook on DVD at Amazon.

UPDATE:NEW Radcliffe Parade Cover and interview, New Woman in Black featurette

DanRadcliffe.co.uk are reporting this afternoon that the upcoming Parade Magazine features Dan as it's cover star and includes an interview with our main man. For the Parade article read here, but you'll have to wait for scans to emerge for the entire interview. STAY TUNED!
In the meantime, this is sooo cute...sooo happy for Dan!
"Are you in love with girlfriend Rosie Coker? [Radcliffe met Coker, a production assistant, on the set of the last Potter film.]
"Yes, absolutely. When Rosie’s here, every day seems better….I’m not an easy person to love. There are lots of times when I’m a very good boyfriend, but there are times when I’m useless. I mean, I’m a mess around the house. I talk nonstop. I become obsessed with things. This year it’s fantasy football, which means Rosie has to listen to me talking 24 hours a day about this team. 'Should I take this player out, do you think, darling?' And she listens to it, and she loves me for my oddness, my awkwardness, all of those things that I hate about myself. She finds them cute. I guess that’s love."

In other Dan news, Snitchseeker posted a new The Woman in Black BEHIND THE SCENES video,which can now be seen below;

The article also included a new image from the movie out February, which we picked up on yesterday but forgot to post! Check in out on our facebook!
